Chris grew up waiting tables in Quincy, MA where he learned the difference that hard work, conflict resolution and communication can make when working in any professional environment. He moved from the restaurant world to the advertising world, working with renowned agencies and global brands like Bank of America, American Express, and Marriott.
He knows that leading a successful team requires patience, great listening skills and the ability to identify each team member’s unique value. Chris strongly believes that diverse groups of people, working towards a common goal, can eliminate blind spots and drive kickass outcomes.
Chris' vision for YoPro is not to change Gen Z-ers but to assist them in realizing their full potential and embracing their individuality. He has a deep respect for this generation and the challenges they face entering the job market today.
Chris is a Scorpio so you know you can trust his honesty, loyalty and intuition. When Chris isn't helping YoPro’s get great at being themselves, he’s a devoted hockey dad, spending evenings and weekends at the rink with his son Finn.

As the youngest of five siblings, she learned how to navigate in crowded social situations from the jump. Lucky for us, Trish was born with the ability to connect with people from all walks of life and make them feel at ease. After college, Trish waved goodbye to Beantown and hellllooo to the Big Apple where she joined one of the world’s largest advertising agencies and played a vital role on the Global HR team.
Trish has always had a passion for identifying undiscovered talent, especially at the entry level. Her methodology goes beyond aligning resume details with job requirements, and instead focuses on recognizing and unlocking potential. Many of her hires have successful, happy careers, some excelling at world renowned companies like McCann, UPS, Google and META.

Trish is our resident Libra, she’s fair, kind, loving and a great listener. Trish is a mom to two boys under 10 and therefore, has the patience of a saint.
